As a Vendor, I've done business with North Beach for the past 3 years. They've always made me feel like I was apart of the family. Antoinette is an amazing individual whom makes you feel at home immediately upon walking through the door. North Beach is welcoming, inviting, and very professional. I would give 6 stars because 5 is not enough for the hospitality I have receive here. And most importantly they give me free snacks!! Thank you guys!!

North Beach Apartments are excellent. They go above and beyond to help their residents. The office and maintenance goes out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. The monthly bulletins is a great way to keep all residents abreast of events. Pool is very clean and grounds well taken care of. North Beach treats us like long time friends and it makes things feel right in our little community. Thank you Autunm, Beth, Antoinette, and the rest of the crew for making our stay great. George R.
Great and quick with troubleshooting with the apartment trouble calls! I didn’t expect it to be fix right away. Give them a raise boss!! Great staff and my daughter and I can’t wait to utilize the pool.
(EDITED/UPDATED 3/11/25, orig post was a month ago. I received a reply today) It is very hard to relax here, with thin walls&wood stairs outside.You hear EVERYTHING. When I moved in, almost all of my appliances were dead or died right after. Not a good move in experience. The apartments need serious renovations, stabilization, and drainage. I have been here for over 3 years and it's gotten worse. Communication with the leasing office is inconsistent & some of the leasing staff is rude, except Shonna has been very helpful lat... read more
