Living at North Beach Apartments was the worst living experience in my life. I am not one to present bad reviews ,however I feel it is greatly warranted .Not only will you be astronomically overcharged for a dumpy ,cheaply constructed apartment..Constant leaks in the ceilings ,pipes busting in the middle of the night,a sopping wet carpet after you turn off the main line and Then they turn around and charge you for the carpet when you move out.You would think they would replace the carpet ,after you paid pet rent for 2 dogs,b... read more
Apartment tour is the best. Not sure if I'm moving in, but the leasing agent exceeds expectations with attention to her customer. Betting residents are very happy.
I had a great critical thinking by the name Montiana she used her experience to suggest a perfect fit for my preferences of apartments. I always looking forward to people who love their jobs.
Had a very difficult time trying to apply. My finance and I both filled out one of the digital interested forms they have on the site last week and never heard anything. I called Friday, Monday, and Tuesday and left a brief message and my callback number all three days and never heard anything. I received an automated text, replied within 10 minutes, and never heard anything back. I made sure to make it clear we were looking to fill out an application and sign asap. Didn’t do us any good. As a Vendor, I've done business with North Beach for the past 3 years. They've always made me feel like I was apart of the family. Antoinette is an amazing individual whom makes you feel at home immediately upon walking through the door. North Beach is welcoming, inviting, and very professional. I would give 6 stars because 5 is not enough for the hospitality I have receive here. And most importantly they give me free snacks!! Thank you guys!!
