We had utilized a local pool equipment service company until he retired. NBWS came highly recommended to us and since that time we’ve utilized there services for pool pump and heater replacement. Very happy with work, they keep commitments, and work was professionally completed.
Six phone calls and two emails through their website over the course of two weeks and I cant get them to schedule me for service- just empty promises that they'll call me. What a waste of my already precious time and how does a business just leave money on the table by not responding to new potential customers? I guess business is too good to bother with new customers. Don't waste your time like I did
