This companies advertisingis fraudulent. It says right on their website that they do pool leak detection .I recently contacted them about a house that I was purchasing and wanted to have pool leak detection done and saw their website and contacted them and they did not do pool leak detection. All they did was a visual inspection and charge me $400 for it. I called North Bay Water Services to inquire about getting a new pump installed. After sending pictures of my old pump and install Warren provided me with different options to consider. I ordered a new pump and NBWS installed it within a few weeks. Customer service and install were good and the price for everything was fair. I’m pleased with the experience.
