I don’t have an account there but I needed the pool cleaned cause of my crazy work schedule and they did a great job cleaning the pool! I did have to wait about 5 days because I’m not on their normal schedule so Make sure you think ahead if your in the same boat

Excellent customer service in the office and their technicians in the field. Great price and their quality of work is exceptional. I use them to maintain my pool and they keep it clear and safe to swim in. I recently had NBWS replace my pool heater with a new Jandy 4000,000Btu pool heater and they were able to get it done the same week I contacted them. The new heater is 4-times faster than my old heater.
We recently had an issue with our filter pump which caused us to shut down the pool. NBWS responded immediately to the issue, and although we were out of town kept us fully informed. It only took a day or two for their technician to figure out the problem, get the parts, and make the needed repairs. We were back on line without a glitch. Their Service Manager, Warren, was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend their services.
