They dont call to make appointments, they use mail, or so the office staff told me. Its a good thing they call 24 hours in advance to remind you of an appointment you dont know you have. Heaven forbid if you need to reschedule, I have no idea how you would. Maybe mail them back? No accountability taken by office staff regarding this type of poor service either, as though practices cant possibly change with the times and 24 hours notice of appointments was met with "Well you made it didnt you?" Go elsewhere if you can.
Missed a call from the office, tried to return their calls but they never answered the phone or called me back and it’s been about 3 weeks

I've been there several time for my legs and neck . The technician was great sence humour made stay enjoyable & comfortable
