We took our sprinter van in for a generator service and received a very thorough assessment (and unexpected) -- our generator wires had been decimated from rodent damage!!! Jim and a few others at North Bay Truck Center repaired the damage and serviced the generator. All in all, a speedy fix and very professional. While we're hoping to have no further problems, I know where we're going for help!
I purchased some paint supplies and also completed my annual DOT and clean truck inspection here. The staff was very attentive and professional throughout the process. Brian was especially helpful, friendly, and made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place!
