Juan Arellano. The service Advisor was very helpful and very kind to me and even fixed my Trailer. Just very grateful for the service he gave me and his team and service he gave me. They need 20 stars. Fixed the same day I was only there for 15 minute at most. I was at the dump and I had really bent my hinge on my trailer. The price was very reasonable. He said that he could fix it right away and he did and he said he was getting ready to close but took me in. My name is Henry Doelger and again I want to say thank you
What a great place to have your RV serviced! From start to finish, Jim was very helpful and thorough. He answered all my questions and communicated every step of the way. His staff was also very helpful and friendly. Parts came in fast and the work was done quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. They have a nice customer waiting area with water, coffee, and popcorn too. If you have a RV or truck that needs service, This is Definitely the place you want to take it!
We took our sprinter van in for a generator service and received a very thorough assessment (and unexpected) -- our generator wires had been decimated from rodent damage!!! Jim and a few others at North Bay Truck Center repaired the damage and serviced the generator. All in all, a speedy fix and very professional. While we're hoping to have no further problems, I know where we're going for help!
