I would like to do two separate ratings. I have to say the nurses and people at the front desk were amazing. While the Dr was a pleasant man he could have ruined my grandsons (3years old) face for life. His nose was split open and I asked many times about a plastic surgeon. He was in my view overly confident and said he does this all the time. He was going to just stitch the top layer. He put numbing gel and then froze his nose but my grandson was beside himself. Staff at emergency were very kind and helpful, unfortunately an eleven hour and thirty minute wait time is unacceptable. Several people walked out and went to a different hospital. Me included.
I was treated quickly in AE I was there 12 hrs I got 2 cups of water 2pk biscuits I was up all night. Being checked with nurses I got home 5.45 AM Sunday morning I rested all day Sunday I was still in lots of back pain they didn’t supply 7/10
