Brought my son in last week. He received excellent care and was triaged and seen quickly. They ordered an ECG, X-ray and bloodwork. Saw the doctor again for results and was given a few prescriptions. Everyone was efficient and wonderful. He was in & out in 2 hours!
Great doctors and nurses! Severely under staffed due to the over a decade of under funding by the provincial government
Everyone who tended to me did so with care and empathy. Wait times were ungodly, but I would attribute this issue to a larger systematic one than that of the North Bay general hospital. 5 stars to these people who show up every day to do their best in making a positive impact on the health of their fellow Canadians. Take it easy on them, they're doing their best with what they have.
Made to wait 17hrs twice and I believe it was simply to convince me to never return. It’s not health services. It’s death services there. The first time they finally looked and found bloody nerve damage. The second time they just told me I waited to receive nothing at all.
