Arrived with irregular heartbeat and was admitted immediately. Tested with blood work, monitors and monitoring and eventually a CT scan. Diagnosed with atrial fib and given prescription for blood thinners. The whole time frame was about 7 hours. I would like to do two separate ratings. I have to say the nurses and people at the front desk were amazing. While the Dr was a pleasant man he could have ruined my grandsons (3years old) face for life. His nose was split open and I asked many times about a plastic surgeon. He was in my view overly confident and said he does this all the time. He was going to just stitch the top layer. He put numbing gel and then froze his nose but my grandson was beside himself. Staff at emergency were very kind and helpful, unfortunately an eleven hour and thirty minute wait time is unacceptable. Several people walked out and went to a different hospital. Me included.
