North bay this is not ok. You have no doctors, no walk in clinics and emerge is an average wait time of 10 plus hrs? How can you all just sit back and pay taxes and not do something about this? Get your city to find more doctors and fund places if they have to to get more doctors here. This is a complete joke. Way to go Canada health care.
Seriously worst ER waited for 4+ hours and a lady in 2nd window with blonde hair named Amanda she didn’t even register name of ER patient who came in Ambulance and very rude with the international people who are here for help. Don’t want to come again here
Didn’t know you needed an appointment to receive treatment at this hospital, or at least that’s what I was told by the lady at the front desk!
Terrible wait times. Practically no one in the ER and yet the wait times keep increasing. As I sit here, we are up to 10 hours now, so many people with no choice but to leave - one woman doubled over in pain, another man with a finger barely hanging on. What the is the point of having an ER? If there was not an option of getting seen why not just be honest and tell people straight up?
It is understandable that with short staffing it is increasing difficult to see patients in a timely manner. It is understandable that especially at night, it's stressful to deal with patients who are tired, hungry, and not willing to understand how tired and hungry the staff are too. It is however deeply concerning how things are running in an EMERGENCY center.
