Receptionist was rude and racist. I Have never had such experience here in North bay. Hope people try to be nice for the tax money we pay
Extremely helpful. I received excellent care as I don’t have a family doctor. The health unit helped, they didn’t rush and they took time to explain things. Thank you.
After I had a cardiac event and was assured by hospital staff and the paramedics I wouldn't be charged for needing an ambulance. The Health Unit decided to send me a bill anyways. Just putting this here for the staff so they can see it. The next time I have a cardiac event I'm not going to call 911 for help. I'm poor enough I can't afford a 50 dollar bill if I think I'm going to die. I would rather die than call for help and it's this health units fault.
