this place is horrible. The girl Katherine that works the front desk is very unprofessional. my last appointment has been rescheduled three times now. their hours are posted wrong. they don't have glasses that fit everyone's face. they write special prescriptions for glasses that no other place can fill. I will never come back to this place and it based on the customer service recieved by Katherine she is rude and condescending.

I need contacts and called today to order. Well- I only have 8 days left on my prescription. I requested to order one box each and schedule my next exam. No can do. BOGUS. I'll be taking my ANNUAL business elsewhere.
I've been looking for a new optometrist in the area since Dr. Wolfe retired from the Eye Care Institute in Santa Rosa a couple of years ago. Only complaint I have is that I wish the girl would of sat down with me and fitted my glasses instead of having me stand at the desk..other then this the visit was awesome
The eyeglasses my daughter got looked like they were USED! They were badly damaged, it looks the previous owner of the frames bit the earpieces. And they don't even come with a soft cloth.
