The staff is super helpful. They are professional and competent. I love going there as I know I will be listened to. They also try to come up with solutions and send you to do proper health tests.
Trying for 2 months to get a hold of them to make an appointment. Really need an answering machine because nobody picks up even within the hours the automatic answer says.
It is typically is a great facility to use. As of recently, despite calling numerous times during phone hours, I never am able to speak with staffVto make an appointment. This is an ongoing issue. Do something so we can schedule appointments.
Was very happy to be accepted by clinic Sept.2021 after two years with no G.P.
The NPs are just ok in my experiences so far but I agree with the above comment that reception is less than kind. In the 3 times I have had to deal with them there is consistently a problem and attitude given and I can’t understand why. Definitely doesn’t provide the welcoming atmosphere you would hope when in the vulnerable position of attempting to access healthcare.
