It is typically is a great facility to use. As of recently, despite calling numerous times during phone hours, I never am able to speak with staffVto make an appointment. This is an ongoing issue. Do something so we can schedule appointments.
Was very happy to be accepted by clinic Sept.2021 after two years with no G.P.
The NPs are just ok in my experiences so far but I agree with the above comment that reception is less than kind. In the 3 times I have had to deal with them there is consistently a problem and attitude given and I can’t understand why. Definitely doesn’t provide the welcoming atmosphere you would hope when in the vulnerable position of attempting to access healthcare.
...I CAN'T WALK NOW !!! They don't know what they are doing!! After waiting 2 years, finally got to see a nurse here. First visit, I sit down with my new nurse and the first thing she says to me "I want to take you off all your medications". Doesn't ask me anything, just tells me! Didn't know me or my 60 year history, and even after telling her NO, what the medication has done for me and what will happen if I go off it, she was deaf but persistent with what SHE wanted.
