Can’t say enough about how amazing these people are. They are honest, Fair And go out of their way to help people. Wish there was more people in the world like them. I am from Sudbury, but I would much rather travel to North Bay to get my car fixed because these people are so good and honest compared to the dealership in Sudbury
Very friendly
We just purchased a 2026 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from North Bay Mitsubishi and it was a very positive experience. The salesman Dipesh and other staff were excellent to deal with. Dipesh did not subject us to any pressure and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and all of its systems. Very impressed with the vehicle so far.
