Do yourself a favor and don't get mixed up with this agency. I've been involved with them for auto and home since 2008 or so with very poor service: 1. each year they fail to explain increases, normally don't reply with any answer and, at one time claimed increases were due to bad driving records. SLED provided a stellar record at my expense. 2. once while I was completing a sale and needed an insurance binder to leave the dealership the dealer couldn't obtain one from the Summerville Theodore office.
