This week we noticed our street light was out. We sent a message to the City of North Bay, and the hydro truck was there within a day or two and replaced the light. Always appreciate the quick service. If the power goes out especially during bad weather, North Bay Hydro often gets the neighbourhood back up and running quickly. Equal billing has also made our budget very easy to manage over the years.
If I was on my last breath I wouldn’t recommend hydro one They wait till you paid for your service and disappear Zero customer service zero accountability Every week there staff is on “vacation” They promise to call back, send emails and follow up but it it all lies God forbid you get Stephanie as a service rep Just another government supported/ funded criminal company Shame we have to rely on them
My wife called over 2 weeks ago to see when hydro was coming to our street to install the new underground hydro lines on blair st and to this date she has gotten no response. That is just very poor customer service
Horrendous customer service. Speaking so fast you can't even understand him. Curt and didn't even bother to verify my email. The online setup is no better you have to dig just to try and set up your sevice. If you want people to do everything online then don't provide a phone option and make setting up an account obvious and easy. Furthermore, after you fill out the application which includes sensitive identification documents you receive no confirmation of request received. Just a brutal experience.
