The guys were amazingly fast at diagnosing the problem with our in-floor heating and fixed the problem promptly as well.

I was charged for multiple visits to "fix" my gas unit. They told me I had to buy a new remote, so I bought it. They programmed it. It malfunctioned within a couple of days. A follow-up visit ended with the guy not knowing what to do and leaving. I was then told to try changing the batteries. Ridiculous, but I tried it to be polite; it made no difference of course. They have no idea how to fix the garbage they sold me. My gas unit is dead and the remote is completely useless, no different than the one they said was the probl... read more
Fabulous company to work with. They find solutions that work! Fair and reasonably charges for service calls. Highly recommend them for both A/C and furnace repairs. They installed a new Tankless water heater. Did a fabulous job!
