Amazing service. We had furnace issues and called around 9 p.m., and the staff who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and booked us for the next morning. Doug arrived first thing the next day, and booked us in for the following day and we had a brand new furnace installed. Fast, respectful, and very responsive service. Doug took the time to explain everything. We really appreciated the professionalism from the whole team. Highly recommend!

I had used Company in the past and they did pretty good work. Recently I called them to service my boiler. I spoke with the lady and asked her when the next availability would be told them that I am very flexible but would like to get it done sooner rather than Later. I asked her to get back to me regardless, whether she was able to do it right away or in the future, that way I could arrange something else if they are not available. North Bay Heating and Cooling came over in less than an hour for an emergency call on Family Day. Very helpful and stuck around until another company was done the work, to make sure we were up and running again. Prompt. Helpful. Friendly. They made sure our issues were addressed and resolved - would absolutely recommend
