Friendly and professional, everyone at the office is lovely and Dr. Redko has an excellent bedside manner. There was some miscommunication between my physical therapist and the office that was a little confusing to resolve. Otherwise, excellent, and I would return or refer a friend although I hope I never have to!
The Dr. Is great at answering questions as we go along. Orthotics are working well and the cordazone shot brought my pain levels down dramatically. I would say I started at at a level 10 pain but the shot brought it down to about a level 2.
Dr, Redko's office staff and MA's are all extremely friendly, professional, and always have a smile. Dr. Redko is awesome. Friendly, professional and a great sense of humor. For the first time in 20 years I have no pain with my left foot. Thank you!! Not having constant pain in my left foot has enabled me to help my patients in Onclolgy without limping and answering the constant question, what happened to your foot. Again, thank you and I will be recommending Dr. Redko to others.
The entire team works great with you. They treat you like family. They were all really nice and patient with me.

Our experience with Northbay Foot and Ankle has always been excellent. Four of our five family members have been successfully treated here and Dr. Redko is the best - always professional and personable. He makes sure any concerns and questions are answered thoroughly. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.
I had 5 previous surgeries by a doc who screwed up and after Redko did my joint implant I have had a huge improvement, I got none of the same pain I had before. It's improved over 100 percent of what it used to be.
