Zero stars. The way this office treats people is extremely rude and out of pocket. Do a little extra research and find an office that will be respectful and have a good doctor on hand
Everything started off fine here. Very welcoming staff, everyone was helpful and I enjoyed coming here. I am pregnant with a high risk pregnancy so I've had a few complications and missed a couple appointments and because I missed my last appointment the office told me to go somewhere else when I had a crown fall off and a tooth crack which are major issues while pregnant. Mind you I had three letters sent over to the office letting them know that I could be treated by my doctor and they still asked for more which prolonged ... read more
The reception is rude basically if u have a lot of questions in regards to ur dental needs they get attitude with u and don't want to respond 2 u It doesn't matter if u have a lot of questions or not it's the receptionist job is to answer all the questions that you have In regards to your dental needs and provide good customer service I will search for a dental office who can provide friendly customer service
