North Bay was the worst property management company I have ever rented from. Our unit was absolutely falling apart (the building is now being torn down) but North Bay couldn't be bothered to respond to any maintenance requests. Several times things like the toilet not flushing properly were never addressed until we eventually fixed them ourselves. The worst part of my experience with North Bay was the laundry rooms.
