Terrible. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, they told me the appointment had been the day before and I missed it. The woman who scheduled me was insistent that she told me the correct day for the appointment (which would have started 45 minutes after my phone call to schedule). There was no apology or acknowledgement of their error. Our experience with Capital Foot and Ankle’s Sacramento office was extremely disappointing. Very poor treatment of a fungal toe nail. Did not send nail to lab for diagnosis or medicene recemmendation, then a year later have to go throught the same situation. And not at this clinic or doctor!!!
