A shame. I called to see if I needed a referral. They didn’t even say their name so I asked if I had the right number. Acted like I was an idiot and wasting their time. Out of network which would’ve been fine but not when they act so rudely.

My sister went to Dr Bakal to get her ingrown toenails fixed. We had such a great experience! Everyone we came into contact with was so nice and kind. One person even gave my sister a stress ball to squeeze. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, quick, and had great bedside manner. They even gave us little “ presents” with supplies for aftercare - truly going above and beyond.
