I've been a patient with this practice for 10 years and was always happy with the care provided. In 2020 they became affiliated with ChristinaCare and now have a "customer service" company to schedule their appointments. Not only was the agent rude, but she told me she saw no evidence that I was a patient and therefore couldn't schedule me. Shortly thereafter the office staff called me to schedule. Apparently this is an issue with migrating files and some not showing. The customer service person was needs training on how to ... read more

Very disappointed. My family has been there for about 20 years, myself included. My mom is still a patient ( my father has passed). I haven’t been in awhile and the girl told me, passive aggressively, that I had to be a entered as a new patient even though they have my records. I called in May for an appointment needed by August for traveling out of the country and the first one she offered to me was in September because I was a “new patient”. Has been our doctor for roughly 35+/- years. Great doctor, great person, great practice. He takes the time to listen and is alway kind and pleasant. Also like that he doesn’t jump to extreme solutions right away but will work with you on lifestyle changes, etc. We moved from Newark to a home about 45 minutes away 20+ years ago, but still make the 90 minute round trip to see Our favorite doctor and friend!
My father has been going to Dr. Beste for over 20 years. My father has dementia now and. Beste will not even try to help us. I would not recommend sending your elderly family members here.
