Seams like the complaint I had has been resolved, Overall awesome staff and amazing place.
The front desk staff. appointments are constantly changing. The employees are unaware of the bitterness. I have never seen such disgrace.
Very disorganized. They've been giving me the runaround for months now. Multiple appointments were canceled last minute, and they won't let me schedule more because of an insurance issue. Every staff member gives me a different answer, saying it's resolved, it's not resolved, they have no idea, etc. They always say a manager will call me back, but no one ever does. I guess I have to get a new referral for somewhere else.
I’m so happy with the results of my Botox treatment! From the start, I was impressed by how professional and low-pressure the experience was. I especially appreciated the conservative approach—Natalie encouraged me to start with a smaller amount and come back for more if I felt I needed it after a couple of weeks.
