This company can improve by first actually checking the cars the sell properly. i just got a car from North Bakersfield Toyota in September and already the car is messed up i did oil change and everything to keep it msintained but NO its something with the engine. When i call N.B.T to check it i get told its not under warranty anymore and that i have to schedule an appointment to bring it down just to be told that they have to send it a shop out of town to be worked on and it could take up to a month.
