I just got a unit here from Lori today, it was quick easy and painless. Offices by appointment only but she was kind enough to meet me last minute since I was unaware. Play the facility looked well taken care of and she cleaned my unit of the small amount of dust it had before giving me my keys. In a few months I will update this to reflect the current state of my experience, but so far great!
