From the time I checked in with the office personnel, and throughout my visit with the professional staff, I had an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly, and as opposed to the appointment being rushed or hurried, it was relaxed and I had all of my questions answered. At NAU it is obvious that the patients really do matter! I will be returning, and referring family and friends to this practice. I highly recommend Jason Ramsdell!
Our Dr. Jacomides was very knowledgeable and put us at ease with humor and very important information!
On time in and out
Dr Krieger was very kind and patient with me. I was very nervous but she was able to allay my fears within mere minutes. I can tell that she is a provider whom I can count on with my healthcare. I find everyone to be pleasant at NAU, from the front desk to checking out after your appointment and everyone in between. I also recommend Dr Ong as she is very knowledgeable and caring as well. You can't go wrong either way.
