I am profoundly disappointed. While we've been patients for 4 years and value the medical staff, the administrative decision to suddenly change vaccination policies and refuse based on guidelines is unacceptable. Guidelines, such as those from the AAP and CDC, are meant to be guideposts, not mandates, and healthcare institutions must respect hammering this principle.
