Excellent doctors and nurses, been coming here for almost 8 years. Always helpful and very good with kids. Having said that there is always some or the issue with the front desk and are always rude - if not for doctors I would have gone to a different practice.
I have nothing but positive feedback on North Austin Pediatrics. Dr. Delario is our current pediatrician, and she is absolutely wonderful - great bedside manner, knowledgable, and very responsive to any of our needs. The nurses are all fantastic and take great care of our family. It feels like home when we go there for a well-check or sick visit. We cannot say enough good things about this practice. We were recommended to them by a coworker when we were pregnant with our first daughter. From the initial parent online class to our now three year olds yearly checkups, they are always so friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring. Both our girls love going to see Dr. Patterson and I cant recommend them enough! The Saturday clinics are such an added bonus as well!
Been with the practice for almost 8 years now (since having our first child). We have loved the doctors but unfortunately over the last 2 years we’ve now been tossed around due to doctors leaving. Today, with 23.25 hrs notice, I called to reschedule my daughter’s YEARLY follow up due to a funeral my husband and I had to go out of town for and in-laws took the kids to San Antonio for us. We unfortunately won’t make it in time to bring her to her appt and will now be charged $50 for being less than 24hrs notice… For being a lo... read more
