We cannot say enough good things about this practice. We were recommended to them by a coworker when we were pregnant with our first daughter. From the initial parent online class to our now three year olds yearly checkups, they are always so friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and reassuring. Both our girls love going to see Dr. Patterson and I cant recommend them enough! The Saturday clinics are such an added bonus as well!
Been with the practice for almost 8 years now (since having our first child). We have loved the doctors but unfortunately over the last 2 years we’ve now been tossed around due to doctors leaving. Today, with 23.25 hrs notice, I called to reschedule my daughter’s YEARLY follow up due to a funeral my husband and I had to go out of town for and in-laws took the kids to San Antonio for us. Unbelievable rude and unhelpful front desk lady called Joey, stay away from her!
Been going to North Austin for two years. My daughter had a scheduled appointment today and my other daughter has a fever and feeling sick. I called to reschedule the appointment because I can't take both my girls in today, she's feeling very sick and it would be just me taking both in. They told me they would charge me today for the missed appointment. If I didn't want to be charged I needed to come in today. If I came in today, they would change the appointment to a sick visit in which case I would still need to be charged... read more
Doctors and nurses are great and in case of emergency they do try to fit in and get you an appointment. Only caveat I feel is the triage team, it takes forever to reach them and ends up in voicemail most of the time. The automated system is too long to hold to get hold of clinical staff or triage. They can get better at that as babies will have emergencies most of the time.
