We had an appointment scheduled for months, had the hand written note on the fridge. Got there, drove an hour, and they had no record of the appointment. Instead of trying to work us in, they told us to come back on Friday. Not super helpful when it’s an hour drive to get there. Then I tried to call for my child’s records to be sent to me because we are definitely going to a new doctor, I was met with incompetent people who constantly read a script back to me. No thanks.
