Dr. Rowe is a nice person, but his staff is not very patient friendly. The facilities in Duluth are very inadequate. At my appointment today I had to wait in the hall as the waiting room was completely full with NO social distancing. Standing in the hall with 3 others for over an hour is unacceptable! At one point, the receptionist came out and directed us to stand in another hallway because the hallway we were standing in had a camera in it. Dr rowe’s office here for stress tests have people in the waiting room less than 6ft apart and currently 4 female heart patients are waiting in the hall with IVs and no chairs for this 4 hour test where you are back and forth from treatment room to waiting room. A previous patient said it was the same since November. Why can’t someone provide folding chairs out of compassion? Or schedule less people? We weren’t told this was a 4 hr test before we came and another patient said her husband was skipped over in Nov because they ... read more
The worst. Impossible to get it touch with anyone. No information on website. Showed up for appointment per confirmation call several days ago and doors are locked.
