The admin staff and the moving team were top notch at every stage. They were responsive and dependable. The focus was on helping me move safely with as little stress as possible. Highly recommend!
Never use this company they will find a way to screw you any chance they get. They were late on my pick up. Late on my drop off and the charged me an extra 2k because there estimator screwed up and under valued weight. Did they eat the cost of the screw up nope! I was told by the estimator that the cost wouldn’t go up. They lied. Whole company is awful. 0/10 would not recommend. If I could give 0 Stars I would.

Absolutely outstanding service during the entire process. The estimator Rob was very professional and spot on with his bid. The gentleman in charge of the Tampa office, Marcus, was fantastic about communicating with us and orchestrating the specifics of the move. The packers that packed our house did a great job packing and marking each of the boxes making it much easier on the back end. The care and concern showed in every contact. The willingness to accommodate every concern manifested and was consistent throughout the whole process. The whole team showed professionalism and took great care in every detail of the move from start to finish. The workers were friendly .We have moved several during our military career over the years!
