Just had North American remove a large Water Oak tree. As always North American does a fantastic job. Appointment was on time, very knowledgeable crew, fast work, and a good clean up job. I have used them many times in the past years and highly recommend them. ************* ********** **.
This company does good work for tree removal. Other than that forget it. They took down 2 trees for us on 03/17/2020. One was a hickory tree Nd they were to save 12 feet of the trunk for a custom cut mantle. It is now 02/16/2021 and we have no mantle! The owner will not even meet with us so that we can look at the log to see if it's still viable or even ours. He has continually given excuses as to why he can't meet with us for 10 minutes. The least he could do at this point is pay us for the wood that we have lost as we will... read more
