They are very unprofessional and messed up on our closing to the point where we were wrote a check for the difference they messed up! Then a month later they figured out it was a mistake and wrote us a very aggressive email stating that we will pay it back immediately and accepted no ownership in there mistakes. If you are reading this and planning on using North American title I would suggest you keep looking and find a more professional and responsible company
