David DeMars refuses to follow Colorado law and refused to rent to us because I would not provide him a photo copy of my daughter's driver's license, which is not required as she is a minor. He refused to follow Colorado SB23-1099, tried to make us give him a money order payable to him personally and then lied about it. Avoid this company at all costs.
The worse reality. Do not rent from them they are great at collecting rent every month but everytime you have a problem they will not help you. They definitely do not give you the deposit completely back even you cleaned the place. They charge you for the most obnoxious things. Highly do not recommend they are all talk.
Talks a big game but doesn't do anything for tenants is just happy to collect rent and get paid. Very sad way to work with people.
When it comes to honoring agreed apon lease terms, responding, and repairs. North American real estate is not a place you want to rent through.
