My rate is about to expire and they never answer the phone. I have been trying to contact them for over a week and no one ever answered my calls. Terrible company!
They start off with a great price and then a year later I’m paying triple! I also thought I canceled this a few years ago, but somehow there were still getting my hard earned money. I called to cancel and they told me 6 days, why? To squeeze what little money I have out of me now? You switched over quick, why couldn’t I get same day cancellation? The rate in my area is like .0737 kWh and for the past 5 years I have been paying 13.77 kWh and didn’t even know it! I will post a pic if any one needs one, please don’t trust this ... read more
They will give you a great rate for awhile and then slowly jack it up OVER 3 MONTHS until you are paying double the normal rate with no notice that your rates are going up.. Highly deceptive . RUN AWAY
Absolute horrible company. Thieves. Rates are 100% higher than the market. 0.1799 when all others are 0.0912 to 0.1099. I can't switch fast enough. You should be ashamed of such rates and practices. You took advantage of me for at least 4 years. No more.
