Had a great experience with Jeff and Bernadette. Jeff was patient with me and looked up the prices and models I was interested in and Bernadette listened and offered alternatives based on function and price. Best of all I was offered a great trade-in offer on my firearms. Doing the math, it was about 20% better than comparable offers from other places.
