Submitted a complaint regarding my experience at Complete Dental Care and no one has attempted to reach out or call me back from the dental ofice or from NADG.

I left so just wandering if everyone got their allotted 15 dollars to be used toward a Xmas meal for a bonus again this year. Well everyone in a patient facing roll that is. I’m sure the exec got a little something more.
A great job to have if you’re a teenager living at home with your parents, $19 an hour is not a livable wage. I guess if you want to work 3 jobs to get by, work for NADG.
My husband and I have gone to Grove Dental for over twenty years. We have been very impressed with the quality of care that we have received. Our dentist and his dental staff are very kind, professional and highly efficient. However, since North American Dental Group has been involved, the scheduling and check in procedures have become bureaucratic and unnecessarily onerous.
