Absolutely terrible experience with this company — completely unprofessional, rude, and a total scam. I paid $1,200 for a chimney cleaning and repointing, and the work cracked in less than a week. The job was sloppy, uneven, and poorly done, showing no attention to detail. To make matters worse, one of the workers even quoted us for an additional $5800 job that was illegal, practically impossible, and not planning to pull a permit. Worst $280 I have ever spent. The guy who called to arrange the cleaning said I would get a chimney inspection along with an inspection of my pellet stove and a cleaning of the flu for the stove and furnace. No inspection provided for the chimney, and when they arrived they were not aware I had a pellet stove and expected to simply clean a fireplace. I had my chimney flue installed today. I want to take this time to say thanks to. Steven and Felix for a wonderful professional job. They have done to cleaning all of the debris to cleaning the chimney and filling me in on the details to keeping my chimney serviced once an year, including the detail on the life time warranty that comes with it. Again thank you!
Their job was trash and their customer service is the worse I’ve even encountered for a company that wants recurring business. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
Franklin and Roberto just left our home-- they were friendly- punctual- did a great job- were kind and curteous!! We have been dealing with this company for 5 years and have NEVER had an issue!! From the phone call-- kudos to Maureen!! - to the call pinpointing their arrival- to the thorough job they preform-- we can't say enough about just how wonderful this company is!!!
