RecommendedOffice staff was friendly when I contacted North American ChemDry to schedule my carpet cleaning appointment. The young lady that answered the phone was able to get an appointment scheduled for me within a weeks time even tho’ their calendar was jam packed. My carpets were, not to put to fine a point on it, horrifying to look at. They’re beautiful, and more importantly, CLEAN, today. Bradley was professional, thorough, and friendly. Since his visit yesterday, I’m not cringing at the sight of my carpets.
