Well for starters, the company can highly improve by selling cars with no electrical issues, along with door locks that automatically go off on there own. They could definitely earn a star if all 4 tires on the car were fully ready to ride with air,along with an air plug that actually comes off, instead of paying a pan handler a buck to unscrew it with a wrench instead of 3 tires. To top it off with a cherry, Customer service is horrible, had me waiting in a shop over 5 hours when they said we would be in and out in 10 minut... read more
Sold me a lemon 2011 Honda crv with electrical problems that even their mechanic couldnt figure out . Locks kept unlocking while driving ! Finally 1.5 years later I got out of this mess and bought a truck from a trusted Toyota dealership.

One of the longest days we’ve ever experienced in the past was when we purchased our last vehicle so we were dreading it! NAAL made it the friendliest, fastest and easiest process ever. We were able to test drive the BMW by ourselves and take it for as long as we wanted. There was no pressure when we got back, it was a great price and every vehicle is Certified. After this great experience we will never lease again! Thanks again Bobby and Paul for making us feel so welcomed!
