Buying a weapon from NAA is extremely difficult! Hard to find a wholesaler in Virginia that can get their hands on your product. I’ve been to two dealers that tried to order my choice of pistol (pug) with no success. RecommendedUpdate: customer service stepped up and replaced the part. I had it in about 3 days!I've been looking at an NAA revolver for several years. Finally bought a pug. purchased it on Wednesday. I absolutely love the ease and comfort of its conceal carry properties. Talked it up to all my friends. Saturday took it to the range. It had parts fall off after 15-20 rounds through it. I purchased 2 of the mini’s chambered in lr. Had an issue with one and I contacted naa and told them about the issue. They sent me a part to “get me by” until they had my color hardened version available. I’ll be honest, I didn’t believe them until I got the email and then my part arrived today! I am humbled and so happy with this company! Thanks NAA, y’all rock!!!!
so just got off the phone with the North American firearms . just ask the simple question about the model in question a 22LR mini revolver they said it was 5 years manufactured old. that being said the firing pin was not filed down took it to a local store here in Tucson Arizona telling me that the gun was inoperable incomplete assembly. that same day that gunsmith got another one prior before me bringing one in same problem. I sent a 22mag out of warranty and in pieces to them. They replaced what needed to be replaced, polished out some pretty bad scratches and sent it back to me for very little cost. I would highly recommend them.
