Farhad was well informed and very helpful about every aspect of the installation of our (i) new furnace, (ii) new air conditioner, and (3) new water heater. I had an excellent experience with North Alliance HVAC! Our AC stopped working during some very hot weather, which was really stressful for my grandma and me. Finding the right trades people has been the most challenging thing about being a first time homeowner in Toronto. I had no idea so many people were so predatory.
