Caring and considerate. Good nursing care. Pleasant staff.
Nursing staff is absolutely awesome. The care that I have received is so much better than you would receive elsewhere. They made my stay as good as it could've been. The dietician worked with my complicated meal plan and therapy staff did amazing with everything they did. Thank you so much!
During my brother's stay at NASH, the staff was so very caring and compassionate. They went out of their way to make him comfortable, which is hard to do when you've been confined to a bed for an extended period. During difficult periods, the staff was extremely patient and understanding, not just with him, but with all of his family and loved ones. The facilities are clean, well organized, and the nurses are responsive to the patient, as well the family's needs. We are very grateful for their care.
They promised my mom would have an easier time staying with them instead of transitioning to a health rehabilitation facility and DID NOTHING to help in her transition. Completely negligible in my opinion. Please don't be taken in by their plegle to care. My mom would've stood a better chance at a proper rehab care facility.
I have to say that I have been hospitalized several times at various locations, but have never encountered a more friendly and caring staff. From the doctors, nurses and tecs to the physical therapy staff, they all exhibited a desire to assist me on my road to recovery.
