The office staff is rude. The doctors are lackadaisical about their patients waiting. The staff and doctors will not answer questions and seem irritated when you ask. I have been in a lot of doctors offices and have worked in health care most of my life and I would have to say this is the most I'll efficiently and rudest office I have ever seen.
Cannot get office staff to communicate. They hung up on me. They told me they aren’t contracted with my insurance when my insurance company says they are. I’m seriously hoping the doctors will see this & have an idea of what is going on with their front office staff. Why aren’t their office staff pictures also on there website? I cannot get over how rude Cassie was on the phone. Maybe I need to ask the insurance company to drop them too. Not worth it!!
RecommendedI truly cannot recommend North AL ENT enough. From the kind and efficient office staff and nurses/assistants to the doctors themselves. Their level of communication, organization, and overall care far exceeded my expectations, and Dr. McCary did a phenomenal job diagnosing and correcting my issues. I will never go anywhere else for ENT care!

Mary has grown so much in the two weeks since her surgery! I am so grateful to Dr Kostrzewa at North Alabama ENT for changing her quality of life! Mary truly suffered from severe laryngomalacia. I was dismissed by my pediatrician and a pulmonary dr and told it was ‘baby noise’. Dr K knew exactly what was wrong and never pressured me or rushed me into a decision regarding surgery (which I appreciated). He was very objective and straight forward. Just a horrible experience with the fact that you cant get seen without paying up, whatever happen with healing and not money...

Even if you pay your co pay up front they will find a way to bill you hundreds after the fact.
This practice is so wonderful! My little 6 month old son had to have tubes and Dr. K was great! He called me the next day on a Saturday to check in and again on Tuesday of the next week. Even got a sweet note from him and his nurses. Those extra touches were huge for a nervous mommy!
