I have been doing business and sending homeowners here for years. The guys are personable and will never lead you astray. They have never in the 10 years I have been a customer give me the wrong part or any false info. I know for a fact they have systems in place to cross reference part #’s to make sure you are taken care of. They sell to the public so no contractors license is needed to. In reply to Andys comment under Juice. Here is the remainder of the conversation. I’m confused by the description of a phone conversation that you and I did not have. I personally brought the motor in from the air handler, and you and one of your brothers examined it and sold me a replacement motor. When the motor arrived two days later, it was the incorrect part. I would not trust Nortex for knowledge or skill. I went through four motors for an air handler between Nortex and their distributor. I’m not sure which one was worse. After being told multiple times by both Nortex and the distributor that “this motor will work” or “that motor will work,” I later found out the parts were wrong. The owner’s brother even tried to say it was my fault.
