I have been very happy with my experiences at Norterra Dental. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They have done a great job of giving me the information about procedures as well as explaining the dental insurance portion to me. They seem to be always running on time and it appears like everyone in the office really works as a team, from the front staff to the hygienist to the dentist himself and everyone in between. I have been going to NorTerra Dental since 2008 when I moved to AZ. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Dr Todd Cockrell is an amazing dentist. He is very kind and takes the time to thoroughly explain necessary procedures and preventative treatment. I highly recommend him and his team.
I have severe anxiety when going to see the dentist. Dr Cockrell helped me feel calm and my visits have been much less stressful since going to Norterra.
Love this dental office. Melinda cleaned my teeth today and it was the easiest procedure I've ever had. Met new dentist- Dr Packer- super nice and did a great checkup. If you have any fear of going to the dentist (and even if you don't but just want great care) this is the office to go to.
I love Dr Cockrell and his staff! I trust him completely with my family's dental care. He is kind, genuine, and only recommends treatment that is necessary. I never feel like we are getting pushed into care we do not need. The quality of work has been exceptional. He is never rushed and always takes the time to make sure all of our needs have been met. I would highly recommend Dr Cockrell. We have loved having him as our dentist.
I was referred to Dr. C when I moved to PHX 6 years ago, and have been impressed by him and his entire office staff. Lets just say that I've had some work done over the years from teeth cleaning to root canal...and even a crown that was made right in their office. Thanks again for fitting me in when I had that cracked molar....wow that was a life saver! See y'all in 6 months!
Our experience with this company has so far been great. They have been transparent in what services were covered by our insurance, which services were not, and offered us creative ways to get all of the work done when we wanted it. I would recommend them to any growing family looking for a dependable dentist.
Excellent customer service! Friendly and welcoming staff and Melinda March made it an especially fun visit for my 2 year old, Henry! Looking forward to our next visit very soon!
