Nortek purchased Nordyne Products. We installed a system in 8/24/07. The representative Liz Swinson was contacted numerous times trying to get Nordyne to honor the warranty. Neither Nordyne or now Nortek will honor the warranty. The distributor (Gemaire) said they cannot do anything without the manufacturer honoring their warranty. The product has a ten year warranty.
