Got my oil changed today in the quick lube station. Seth, the tech that helped me was super polite and friendly. He offered to replace a filter, which I declined. He did not press it. He even opened the door for me when I left (with my son in my strolled). You can get your oil changed at multiple places, but good customer service is what keeps business local.
Excited about our 2016 GMC Sierra purchase today at Norseman Motors. Beyond impressed by the integrity and customer service from the dealership management and salesman (Alex). Very authentic. Thank you, you're a great representation of quality and customer care with superb leadership.
Shouldn't buying a new car be a fun!!! It certainly hasn't for us. They have our money and our new Encore because it was not in new condition when they turned it over to us. Shouldn't it look and be in driving condition when it's brand new. And a letter to us said we should be 110% satisfied. To me that means get us another new with no problems Encore.
Will try and sell you work you don't need. They got me with that one time (made an extra $60 on me). My father, a mechanic, told me it was a bs job they sold me. Told me next time to read my car manual and follow that. Next oil change, they tried selling me a $100 job that wasn't needed (not in manual).
