Sold me a truck that I’ve had to put over 3000 into and I’ve only put on 1500 miles . I brought my truck back there 3 or 4 times and they finally diagnosed it after the 4th time
This weekend my old car died while I was passing through Detroit Lakes. After it was clear that the old car was not worth fixing Scott worked with me to find a new car. I can honestly say that I have never had a more positive car buying experience! Scott and the entire team at Norseman treated me like family. I have nothing but great things to say about Norsemans! I bought my Truck at the other GM dealer in town and get nothing but the runaround 99% of the time. Took it to Norsemans Wednesday and they were quick and easy to work with. All of my other vehicles get serviced there, I just figured I'd take the newest member of the fleet to where I bought it from with all my warranties and what a mistake. Told my wife the next vehicle we buy if GM will be bought there. They are honest, parts are cheaper then the other dealer in town. ... read more
