RecommendedClean facility. Kind & knowledgeable staff. Dr. Maxwell is the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. He is gentle & caring. (for me to say this about a vet you must understand that I am 59 years old & have lived in 7 different states & had cats & dogs since I was 18)... lost track of how many animals over the years; so it truly means alot for me to say this. I highly respect & recommend this Dr.
RecommendedEverything about this place is amazing. We have been taking both of our pups here since we brought them home. The staff is always super friendly. We had some complications post surgery with one of our girls and Dr.J Maxx went above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. We really cannot recommend them enough. Luxe and Lily love everyone at Norris Animal Hospital!
RecommendedThis place is a God send. The entire staff was so wonderful, loving and caring to my two cats Dasher and Clover today - that my cats were surprisingly calm.. during the entire process. They were given treats and verbal encouragements for everything that was required of them during their check up, the treatment was simple, peaceful and quick - and my cats are not even angry at me or resentful for taking them this time in their carriers, lol! RecommendedThey are amazing the staff are always kind and always get me and my puppy Cujo by name. Cujo is scared of most people but not of them they always make him feel safe and he never fights going to the vet. They treat your pets like they are there own. I love them so much! 10 out of 10!!!!

Just wanted to thank Dr. Bowling for all the care she has provided for our Lab, Meggie over the years and especially in the past year. In addition, thank you to Dr. Maxwell for helping us put her to rest this past Friday. We also cannot thank Selina enough for all she has done for us and her compassion towards Meggie. And many thanks to all the other clinic employees.
Dr. Max and his lovely staff made a hard decision so much easier for my husband and I today. Their compassion and understanding was extraordinary and the time they gave us was beyond our expectations. Thank you Dr. Max and staff. You are rarities.
