Please DO NOT take your animal here if you love them. Mine had been going all his life and I regret it now.. they did not neuter him correctly and left his retained testicle in and I was not told until it dropped ten years later at age 12.... I would have taken him elsewhere if she could not have gotten it out herself (Dr Bowling) but she did not even tell me. No doctor on site. What kind of Animal Hospital doesn’t have a Doctor even on site. Makes no since. Because they had NO Doctor my parents had to take their injured animal 5 more miles to Clinton Animal Hospital because Norris Animal Hospital has NO Doctor on site. Well guess what. My parents animal passed away as they pulled into Clinton Animal Hospital. Don’t take your animals to this place if it’s an emergency. Pass this place up an head somewhere else..

We are so sorry to hear this happened. Our facility is a satellite clinic of Clinton Animal Hospital. We are open half a day on Wednesdays. Therefore all traumas are diverted to Clinton Animal Hospital. Again we are very sorry for your loss.
I can’t even begin to say how wonderful this place is! Our puppy suddenly became ill this morning and unfortunately we weren’t able to save her, however the staff here were incredibly good to us. They got our sweet baby in quickly and did everything they could to help her. They were so patient and kind to me and my kids as we said our goodbyes and made the situation so much more comforting. They take their time to listen and be caring. I will forever be grateful for the amazing care we received today.
Brought our cat over from another vet we've had for 10 years. Old vet kept telling us she had an allergy to fleas, and she looked awful and sick for the last 9 months. She was treated on Monday and by Wednesday she is back to her self and looks 1000 times better. Thank you so much Norris Animal Hospital, we will be using you exclusively from now on!

They were incredible! during this C19 stuff they allowed me to stay with my hurt pet!! Treated us with the utmost compassion!!! Five star all the way!!!
