I had a leak in my parents bathroom at 8pm last week. Called their answering service and Jennifer set me up and sent guys out. Keith and Kevin did a thorough job at finding the problem and did everything possible to get it taken care of. All while being respectful and courteous. That goes a long way with me and I appreciate it very much. I’d recommend Norris’ anytime to anyone. Thank you

The guys at Norris just finished up a complete take out and replacement of our HVAC after our previous system failed. Great service, from start to finish, from the initial service call to seeing us through the new install. They walked us through equipment choices, financing options, and because we were totally without a/c, adjusted so we got quick service.
