Great Company – I own several rental properties and Norris Mgmt has been great at managing them. They have found renters in a short amount of time and have kept the properties occupied and the cash flow coming in for me. I would say they have been exceptional
Very Professional – I am an investor and recently signed up Norris to manage my property. During escrow I contacted Norris to find out about their services and how much my property would rent for in the current market. Even though I was not signed up with Norris at the time and was only expressing interest they were very helpful and VERY straightforward. I ended up signing up with them and they found a renter in less than 10 days!!! Great company, highly recommended.
Renter – I have been renting property for several years now and have switched in between landlords. Overall Norris Mgmt is pretty good. They take care of Maint issues in a timely manner and always give notice before showing up to the property. I used to have this one landlord that would just stop by all the time without giving notice and was really creepy. I just joined city search too and this is a pretty cool site. But yeah if you are looking for rentals in Casa Grande Norris is a really good place to rent from.
Good Company – Norris Management has been my property manager in AZ for 3 years now. They have always been upfront and honest in their dealings with me. I will continue to use them. I have a lot of property in California with other property management companies and they do not do as well managing it as Norris Mgmt. All the staff at Norris Mgmt are very responsive and personable.
Great Company!!! – As I read these reviews I wanted to share my experience. Too often you just hear people complain about things and people never take the time to say the good stuff. My experience with Norris Management has been awesome. They know their stuff, got a renter for my investment property in a short period of time (less than a week after signing up) and were very helpful in answering any questions I may have had. They have been great to work with and I will continue to have my property managed by them.
Avoid -them unexplained charges and acquistion of tenants – This management company is to be avoided - they do not obtain tenants unless an end of contract is threatened. They claim to do due diligence on the tenants but due to the odd/rushed manner in which they obtain their tenants, they often end up getting problem tenants that don't pay or are evicted. Inefficient. Ineffective. I had to Terminate Services. – I hired Norris Management to rent out and manage my investment property in Arizona. The property remained vacant almost 4 months. I had to terminate them and surprisingly was able to get a tenant at the lst minute. They were so inefficient and ineffective.
