Not accommodating during the Covid19 crisis. Want to charge full price for a rental plus $100 cancellation fee for canceling beyond the contract allowance. Completely disgusting during a national crisis. To avoid canceling they want to rebook for another date and still charge cancellation fee on the original dates and then increase the prices because you have to move it to peak season. People are laid off and they are greedy. Home owners of these houses need to get involved and not allow this. They need to give deposits back... read more

Ms. Garvey, We are being as accommodating as we can during this time. We have made concessions in Our policies to help get through this. Our contract states that there would be no refund if cancelled inside 60 days prior to arrival, a $100 cancel fee as well as the non refundable processing fee would be charged. We offered to move your stay to the fall which would have been the same price, however you changed your wedding to June, which is peak season.
