I would give them a negative star rating if possible. Believe me, this just barely scrapes the surface. These people don't care (including the owners), they make excuses, and they do not communicate with you at all (they ignore messages left on their answering machine). I had a tune up done back in April and I didn't know that they did not take it to the lake and test it before I picked it up. When I put in the water it would not produce enough speed to plane. RecommendedGreat experience from start to finish. Decided on a Starcraft tritoon and they had it rigged and ready in a short amount of time. Even give me what I needed on my trade in. Its ironic to see three of their competitors have three huge roadside bill boards on the way to Norris Lake Boat Center. They must be doing something right. Boats ,coastas,surfboards,boating equipment. Its your one stop shop.Thanks again Norris Lake Boat Center.

Great people and great service.
I drove over an hour out of my way for a boat that was listed for a certain price. When I arrived at the dealership they said they no longer had the boat, when I knew I was standing right in front of the boat. I was already pre-approved for way more than that boat costs by my bank. They incorrectly priced the boat by a few thousand dollars online and instead of admitting it and and coming to a resolution that we both agreed upon, or even just admitting fault, they said the boat was sold. They are not consistent in what they tell you. Very shady!
Norris Lake Boat Center is by far the most honest, reliable and trustworthy place to buy or service a new/used boat. The sales staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable. Then the owners Mark & Linda go above and beyond as well. We recently bought a centurion boat and had a few minor issues with it during the Memorial Day weekend. We called the center, and the owner Mark came out on a holiday weekend and got us back up and running. We definitely would recommend NLBC to anyone!
