Horrible customer service and an owner who truly doesn’t care about his customers. Sad to see Centurion represented by such a sub-par dealer.
We purchased a new Starcraft Tritoon from the wonderful crew at Norris Lake Boat Center. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Furthermore, they have continued to provide excellent service as we move into scheduled services and upgrades to our boat. We highly recommend them for all your boating needs.
Worst experience I have EVER HAD!! They had my boat for 2 months, didn’t even look at it for a month, it just sat. Had to call over and over and over again to force communication. I was told by 2 different people that my work order had been pushed back 4 different times. Finally month 2 I get my boat back, was so upset I spoke with one of the owners Mark, he literally told me that the people that actually buy boats from him are the ones he services first which was why mine was pushed to the side. A big thank you to Ricky, Chandler, Weasel, and the rest of the service crew for their good work Thursday and Friday. After locating a not so common part, they were able to get my boat back on the water and the weekend with friends and family was salvaged. Much appreciated!
I wanted to take a minute to express my extreme satisfaction at how Ricky and the service department took care of my recent boat repair. They were friendly, helpful and above all quick for a service call at my slip at the Norris Dam Marina. I called on Monday morning and told them of the problem and they went to the marina that afternoon and took care of my bilge pump problem.
