Every visit I have had with Dr. Hsu has been thorough in all aspects. I received his name by recommendation, and I have not been disappointed. He actively listens to my questions, takes the time to re-famliarize himself with my medical history, and then follows through with the exam. He takes the time to make certain to cover all the bases. He's personable and genuinely cares. I really feel fortunate to have him as my doctor, and I feel assured regarding his abilities.

I have been Dr HSU patient for more than 15 years. He is a top notch human and genuinely cares. However his new practice is all about $$$$ and pushing vaccines for everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. I can no longer trust his guidance. It's driven by $$$$. Endless tests and clearly a bonus driven care.
He listens and take time to be with his patients. Sadly, his new medical group is failing him very bad
I am with the other review Dr. Hsu does double dip the insurance company because I caught him which raises all our rates for him to make a few more dollars.
Dr. Hsu really listens well and is extremely interested in learning about your issues. He is very easy to speak with during the visit and responds very quickly to messages left on the DuPage Medical app.
I have had Dr. Hsu for years and yes he is a very excellent doctor. One of the best I have ever had. When he stopped excepting Medicare patients with BCBS supplemental Insurance F plan, I was forced to leave him and find a different doctor. I was very disappointed.
My 90-year-old mother saw Dr. Hsu for the first time yesterday. We cannot say enough about how positive an experience he made it for her. Dr. Hsu was exceptionally kind and patient. His manner was warm and caring. Dr. Hsu took time to ask thoughtful questions, listened attentively, and carefully explained everything he recommended. Dr Hsu is a one of a kind Dr. in today’s hurried society he takes the time to ensure your taken care of and well informed. Options are explained well. The only negative is you might never get to use him if your not a patient now. I heard he had to close his practice to new patients because well he’s that good ??
